Most "AI meeting tools" join your call as a bot, sit in the participant list, and hand you a transcript afterward. Assistly works differently. It runs as a native desktop app on macOS and Windows, listens alongside you in real time, and shows talking points and structured response guidance in a small overlay while the conversation is still going.
Invisible to everyone else
The overlay is excluded from screen capture at the OS level, so it never appears in a screen share, a recording, or a screen-monitoring tool's frame. Everyone else on the call sees your screen as it would look without Assistly running.
It follows every speaker
Assistly separates your voice from the others on the call and tracks who said what, so its suggestions follow the real flow of the conversation rather than a single stream of text. It also works with headphones on, because it captures the call's own audio instead of relying on an open microphone.
Transcription and inference run securely in the cloud, and you control what is kept. Sessions and notes can be deleted at any time.
