# Assistly

> Assistly is a live meeting assistant for macOS and Windows. No bot joins your call — it works from your computer's audio and puts guidance on your screen the moment a question lands, in a private overlay that never shows in screen shares or recordings. Every speaker tracked, dozens of languages, and notes with action items after every session.

Assistly is a live meeting assistant — a native, always-on-top desktop app for
macOS (Apple silicon) and Windows 10/11. No bot joins the call: Assistly works
from the computer's audio, tracks every speaker in dozens of languages, and
answers before you ask, in an overlay that is excluded from screen capture at
the OS level so it never appears in screen shares or recordings. Projects give
every client, deal, or search its own memory: sessions file themselves from
the calendar into one active project at a time, and answers scope to that
project's history — nothing crosses between clients. Audio streams
securely to the cloud, where transcription and inference run. Pricing is flat:
Free (3 sessions/month, 15 min each) or Pro (unlimited sessions) — $14.99/mo,
or $9/mo billed annually ($108/yr, 40% off). Enterprise adds a shared team
workspace, shared projects, roles and permissions, single sign-on, and
workspace-wide retention controls, priced per seat.
